They take care of my car the way it should be done. The staff have always been very good to me and my husband. I’ve had Ferman Volvo take care of my XC40 since I bought it in 2021 and have always had a pleasant experience.
The service center failed to text us when the car was ready. When I called the service center was about to close so instead of picking up the car late we decided to get the car the next morning. The service manager apologized and I decided to have some extra brake work done. I asked if there were any coupons for discounts and they said no. However two days later I received a 10% off coupon via email! I would like that discount to be applied retroactively for our inconvenience.
Michael, our sales representative, was a good listener, explained all salient points and features of the car, took time with us, encouraged us to ask questions, helped us overcome any concerns, and made us feel good about our purchase. He was very professional, as well as helpful and personable.

My hubby and I visited them last month to see what our options were as our Lease was ending soon. We worked with Michael Kashton, Michael Russo and the Manager Chris Roy. They were all very professional, knowledgeable and worked with us to acquire a new Lease upgrading from a 2022 XC90 to a 2024 XC90.
