"I was leaving on vacation when I had a hard time getting..." I was leaving on vacation when I had a hard time getting my car out of Park. I called and got Jim Connor in service. He knew what to do to get my car out of Park so I could drive it. (shift knob button broke off) When I arrived I found service department busy, but Jim was eager to help so I could start my vacation. He had my car fixed in less than an hour. Jim did a Great job! My only negative comment is the customer lounge is old and uncomfortable.
