"Great place to buy a car" Alan Klingaman did a super job. He is straight forward and honest. He knows his product very well not only the new Volvo's but pre-owned also. I have purchased 2 Volvo's from him in the past couple of years. Very good, not a "hard sell" place to shop. Very easy to deal with.

"BEst dealer for straight honest dealing of a new car" I really enjoyed the experience to dealing with Jim Baker my salesman. Honest and not high pressure and very knowledgeable. First time buying a Volvo new after having Lexus brands for over 20 years.
"Battery woes" Ferman Volvo Service Department went out of their way to solve my battery problems. They did the diagnostics to double check their decision before installing the new battery. This all took less than an hour because they know their business and also knew I would be late for an appointment. As always, I give them 10 out of 10 points for being helpful.
