Excellent as always. Matt and Sharon are both incredible- my reason for driving an hour to Ferman rather than going to a Volvo dealership 10 minutes from my home.
Tony was professional, extremely knowledgeable about our purchase, and answered our questions via email and texts quickly. The actual purchasing and signing of the paperwork was the most organized and efficient process at a dealership we have had in quite a while. Buying from Ferman Volvo was an excellent experience!
Was very pleased with the urgency of fixing my vehicle after diagnosing the issue as well as providing prompt transportation to and from the dealership that allowed minimal disruption. I would like to be added to the list to receive coupons for service since I still receive them from other Volvo dealerships but don't appear to receive from Ferman Volvo.
As someone who usually dislikes the car buying process- I can say with complete sincerity that the staff of Ferman Volvo was the absolute best! They were pleasant, understanding, and efficient. We got out of there in an hour- truly the easiest car buying experience of my life.
Service staff at Ferman is always personable and proficient. Matt and Sharon always try to help ensure my questions get answered, and having a loaner car made the experience even better!
