The dealership is a little far, but worth the drive for quality service. It’s the only place I take my Volvo.

Very friendly staff especially our salesman Michael. He explained all the new features of the XC60. We got a fair trade in price for our 2016 Cadillac SUV and drove home confident that we made an excellent purchase. I have purchased two Volvos from this dealership and will continue to do business with them because of their excellent customer service. They go above and beyond. When I bought my first Volvo from Ferman they had to call around and find the car I wanted. When I purchased my XC40 in 2019 they were brand new and Ferman ordered the exact car I wanted from the manufacturer. Having my 2021 XC60 serviced is a pleasant experience. Really. Scheduling is simple. Take my car on time; better than expected turnaround; is returned washed and vacuumed. The service folks are pleasant, professional. Doing business with Ferman has been a positive experience.

Very professional and knowledgeable but your waiting area is too small and uncomfortable. I also went in for an oil change and wasn’t told they were doing an update. It resulted in me being there almost two hours I was not counting on
