New Jeep Purchase I went to Ferman to look at a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I initiated the process online and was directed to Jim Zabel who greeted me when I arrived. Jim was knowledgeable, pleasant, and not aggressive or pushy. The buying process was easy overall. The only reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the online "Ferman Price" is for active and former military which is not obvious when you are viewing online. Mark Graves was our Product Specialist / Sales Rep and could not have done a better job explaining the details of the SUV and what we could expect of the buying experience. Best service out there! Would highly recommend Ferman Chrysler's service department. They were able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle, explain it to me, and get it corrected in a timely manner. Because the problem was under warranty and the fix took 3 days, I was also given a complimentary rental car.
