New Jeep Purchase I went to Ferman to look at a new Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. I initiated the process online and was directed to Jim Zabel who greeted me when I arrived. Jim was knowledgeable, pleasant, and not aggressive or pushy. The buying process was easy overall. Best service out there! Would highly recommend Ferman Chrysler's service department. They were able to diagnose the problem with my vehicle, explain it to me, and get it corrected in a timely manner. Because the problem was under warranty and the fix took 3 days, I was also given a complimentary rental car.
