the dealership was very helpful in the choice of my vehicle.. I knew what I wanted and they helped with all the details. At the time when I was picking up my vehicle they had an internet outage. this made the loan qualification process much longer. But with all of that going in they still made it work and we're very transparent about what was going on. they kept me informed and I was able to leave with my new car.
