I was greeted by Neil Giles shortly after hovering around the car I was interested in. Nice guy, super professional, answering all my questions. He took me for a test drive, arranged to have the vehicle looked at by my mechanic. I felt absolutely no pressure during the whole process. Jonathan in finance was great as well.
