Excellent experience! Always hate car shopping because I dread dealing with the pressures of a car salesman, but Joseph Vega was truly a pleasure to work with. Good experience with Ferman I went in on Friday to test drive a Challenger. I had already narrowed my choices to Challenger and Camaro. After Dennis took me out in the Challenger, naturally he wanted to sell me the car before I went and looked at the Camaro. He relented after I made it clear I would not make a decision until after checking out the Camaro. My Experience was great! I had no appointment just had my right tire losing pressure I called my salesman Joe Vega the night before he told me just bring it in tomorrow and they will take care of it. Well, next morning I brought the car into the service department and they took care of it. Both Joe and Mike I rate them a 10 on doing their job.
