Dependable and reliable. I have purchased every Chrysler I have owned the past 16 or so years from Ferman and have always had good service. Any problems I may have had were corrected. Steve has taken care of servicing my car over the past 6 or so years and has done a great job.
Very helpful staff The experience went very smoothly. They explained everything to me, all the details of the financing, the different options, etc. The test drive route covers a lot of different roads. Oleg went over the different functions of the dashboard, etc.
Great experience Steve was very helpful. He passed on information as soon as he got it. Truck was fixed very quickly. Truck runs great now. I will recommend dealer to others.
Great Staff Assistance and Website This was the third Jeep Rubicon we purchased from Ferman CJD NPR. Their website is easy to use to look at inventory and in-transit vehicles, and the sales staff knows their stuff. We dealt with Tina Robinson, and she was terrific. The F&I guys really make it easy to have a complete in-house deal completed quickly with lots of alternatives offered. Service after the sale is also excellent..

Service Becky and Kevin were great. Becky was the first point of contact and very professional and got us to the right mechanic for our older Jeep. Kevin walked us through every thing that needed to be done with priority on safety first. We found our mechanis and service center for our cars.
