Great experience, very friendly people! I started out with Tracy, she was WONDERFUL. If you're looking for a new vehicle go see her. After I found what I wanted she passed me over to finance. It was so painless and Robert was as great as Tracy. After I finished up with Robert Tracy took me out to my new Jeep and set up my blue tooth and went over everything with me and answered all my questions, she was very patient and didn't rush me. Outstanding visit! I'm new to the area and this was my first experience at Ferman's, as soon as I drove my vehicle into the service lane I was promptly greeted with a smile and told what to do and where to find my service writer.
