Fixed our leak We bought a certified used 2017 Jeep from Ferman. Turned out the roof leaked. Service identified and fixed the problem and now we are good to go!

Amazing! Both Tommy and Eric were wonderful! They were willing to work with me and fiancé on the price. The way they explained everything to us made it very easy to understand exactly how the payments would work and exactly what we were paying for. They are very professional at this location. Fantastic Customer Service Overall we had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. Our salesman Dennis was very nice and knowledgeable, he cared about me being happy with my purchase. Robert the finance guy cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase and price, making sure it was within my budget. Lastly, Tina (sales lady) help my dad get his dream keep wrangler. She is so nice and patient. Thanks to the entire team for such a great experience. We really appreciate it. I’m super happy with my Jeep Cherokee.

Great experience! Great people, staff is awesome very knowledgable.on the vehicle to the tee. Never pushed any sales or other services which is great, dont need the pressure of something not needed. Facility is always very clean, everyone is freindly. They try to get yiu in and out as quickly as possible. I woild recommend the service center to evryone i know has a jeep.
