New Ram Pete our salesman was friendly and knew the Ram product very well and helped make our decision easy. Also Pete was not a pressure type of salesman which is the kind I like to deal with. He listened and made buying a vechicle a great experience.
New Truck, Great Service Jamie took care of all our needs. We have a new Ram truck, the 3rd in the family from Ferman New Port Richey. Both our sons bought theirs at Ferman. Jamie made sure we were happy with our service. ( standard oil change and simple recall ) A pleasure to work with and texted us if we had any concerns.
