Excellent staff Arrived at 4:55 pm on Sunday and received VIP services. Test drive and paid and was done by 6:00 pm. Tire light sensor Was Brocken. No problem we will fixed it and delivered it to your home . Next morning truck was delivered and fixed. I’m leaving Sarasota one hour 45 minutes away no problem for them . 10 stars for this dealer !!

Super nice staff and no pressure sales! We had an excellent experience with Brandon (and Matt) while shopping for a vehicle. Brandon made the conversation friendly and no pressure and took the time to answer all of our questions even after we told him we’re only looking at the moment. We ended up back at Ferman Jeep to make our purchase mainly because the Jeep was a better vehicle for the money, but also because Brandon was so easy to talk to. It was ok. The sales experience was very good but the service center did not meet my expectations. This is the second time I've dealt with this service center and both times I was greeted promptly and told to go inside for help. On both ocassions I was completely ignored. People that came in after me, with no appointment were helped before me. I'm not impressed.

way to add on visits and work billed Jason Logue was very nice, took my info and set up service both times very politely and quickly but that was all the good I have to say about the last to visits other than the lady that answered my call Monday making me feel better about driving my vehicle in.
