Superior team work that made it happen This was our first visit to this dealership. We already knew the vehicle that we wanted down to the color so it really boiled down to being able to working out the details. Oleg Minu, Sales and Lease Consultant, Scott Poth, and Robert Surarez made it happen for us. Great dealership Continue to take my Jeep to Ferman because I know it will fixed properly and they stand behind their work. Waiting area is always clean and can work from the dealership while waiting.

Customer Service We had a vreat experience at Ferman New Port Richey. Genero, our salesman was respectful of us wanted to browse around the lot and checked back with us after a short time. He also worked with us to get the best price on our Jeep Cherokee. Eric, the finance manager explained our options and was very professional. We had a very pleasant car buying experience at Ferman New Port Richey.

I was having an electrical issue with my Ram 2500 and though Brought truck to dealership without an appointment very late in the day. Jamie came out himself and looked at my vehicle and told me it didn’t appear that it was struck by lightning. He asked if I could leave it but unfortunately it’s my work vehicle and since it would start he told me to just bring without appointment at my earliest convenience. I did so two days later and he took it immediately and I was back on road in 90 minuets. Good job!

Routine Oil Change Waited for my car as I had an appointment. Usually prepared to spend an hour. Given a print out of what needs to be attended to next visit. If you have questions they gladly help you understand.

Best experience at a dealership Everyone is helpful when you have good credit. The test comes when you don't have good credit but have a good income and it takes more of an effort to help get a vehicle. Tommy and Eric were very helpful and showed lots of patience getting me into my car. I will be back once I pay off my car and buy a truck.
