Great service My wife made the appointment online and when I got there there was a fella to receive my truck and the service man wrote it all up and was able to get it taken care of in about 25 minutes and did the paperwork and I was on my way out to can't ask for much better than that

Outstanding service advisor Becky took the time to get my vehicle right in since I had an appt w a different advisor and several of the things that were supposedly done were not. But they made sure to charge me for the non warranty items and get that done. I still have tinted windows with bubbles all over them and they want me to leave my vehicle all day on a weekday when I work and red to give me a loaner. They never changed my tires to nitrogen nor did they buy a missing bolt back. Becky took it in and made all of it right... read more

Amazing Ferman Jeep of New Port Richey was amazing. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked on the lot until the deal was finalized we had an awesome experience. Jonathan Lopez was our salesman, he was friendly and knew everything we asked and needed to know. He took us through his inventory on the lot and took us out on test drives. Sales person was awesome! I was just astatic with Tracy as my salesperson. She worked with me to get me a vehicle I wanted. I was also happy with Jonathan going the extra mile and getting me a lower interest rate than originally quoted/approved. My only complaint is that I was never really explained fully about the extra add ons that increased my monthly payment. Everyone was fully aware of my financial situation and ability to make payments.
