A wonderful and HONEST experience! I live in S. Florida and bought a car over the internet from Ferman. One of the easiest and best experiences. I will use them again. Prompt & Courtrous The Pacifica was getting close to having an oil change & tire rotation. We noticed that one tire showed low air after the tire was filled. We called & requested an appointment, which was given on the day we wanted. The serviceman was courteous & I was on & out in an hour.

Scheduled maintenance Hello, I had my first scheduled maintenance on my car done. Everyone was very nice, and the waiting area was clean. They finished my car in two hours with the routine maintenance. I did ask for my splash guard which was missing a bolt, my steering wheel seems to Have a loose screw “drives me nuts it’s by where I put my hand and the plastic grabs it”.
