professional and courteous I have been a customer over a number of years and I have always felt that whatever issues my vehicle had it would be resolved.I was provided with transportation home and as soon my vehicle was ready transportation was provided for me to pick it up.

Knowledge and concern The service advisor, Jamie, was very knowledgeable and concerned that my check engine light was on. Soon after I made the appointment, the light went off. Jamie said to keep the appointment so that they can first see why it came on, and then to clear it to see what the problem was and how ro correct it for the future. He took his time explaining everything sharing his automotive knowledge.

Integrity! The experience at Ferman was easy and in no way painful. Tarek came out to assist us and quietly and very nicely demonstrated that he was listening to us. He led us to a couple of possibilities that didn’t quite fit our wants. Once he led us to the car we purchased, he guided us through the process..again listening to what we wanted for our trade-in and what we expected to pay for our purchase.
