The people are great! There is nothing I hate more than buying a car. The whole process is typically too long, stressful, and feels like you are trapped in a bad game of chess! Repair service The service dept was very professional the only issue was that they could not repair the van due to obsolete parts for a 2002 van very disappointed that a repair could not be done had to buy another vehicle because of it

Drive train repair. Good mechanical service. Excellent service from service advisor. He would respond to questions in a positive, friendly manner even though he was very busy. He was knowledgeable about the repair being done. If asked a question he wasn’t sure about he would go in the shop for the answer. All in all a very positive experience.

Overall a good experience. They were true to the price they quoted me. They were helpful and efficient and answered my questions. The only thing that concerns me is when I questioned the vibration the ac compressor was making, I was told it had been checked and basically, that I was buying a used vehicle and only paying x amt dollars for it, so I couldn't expect it to be perfect.
