Customer Service actually cares about customer service I had a rattle in my 2017 RAM that had been present for awhile. When my commute changed from a few miles to >30 miles each way, the rattle seemed to get louder and was more annoying. I took the truck in for some recalls and asked Jaime to see about the rattle as well. I thought it was in the passenger side door. Knowledge and concern The service advisor, Jamie, was very knowledgeable and concerned that my check engine light was on. Soon after I made the appointment, the light went off. Jamie said to keep the appointment so that they can first see why it came on, and then to clear it to see what the problem was and how ro correct it for the future. He took his time explaining everything sharing his automotive knowledge.
