Ray helped us pick out the right van for us. We looked 4 different ones and test drove a couple before picking the one. We got a good deal and Eric help find the best loan for us. I would recommend for anyone to stop in and work with this guy.
Long wait for pre paid part Service people were friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting area is convenient and comfortable. My issue was windshield wipers switch malfunctioned and wipers would not turn off. It took more than 3 weeks to get the controller and I was required to pay in advance.

Mike was very helpful and patient either me to try and resolve through issue I have repeatedly half either my 2017 Pacifica. He explained what the issue could be. We took it for a extended test drive, but still could not duplicate the problem.

We bought our first jeep from Ferman almost 3 years ago so when looking for the next jeep there was no other place to look. Pete was our salesman and he was awesome. Eric was who took care of the finance end of things and was also great. All parts of the buying experience were great.
