This was a recall for my 2014 JKU, I called the service department and to my surprise they scheduled my vehicle the same afternoon. They had the part, replaced it, recommended a couple other items to think about, no pressure, they gave me a ride home and picked me up when the job was finished. Very professional and greatly appreciated.

I was very happy with Mirriah and her knowledge and attitude towards helping me. I was NOT happy with the Detail/Prep service department. They did NOT address ANY of my Three concerns I expressed to them. Not even willing to tell me why they could not help me with my requests...! I also called Scott requesting a call back and I have not heard from him.

Very efficient when I needed to get my tire light off of my dash. All four tires were low. Nothing was wrong with the tires. I question the validity of the service at Crystal dealership as far as them rotating my tires about a few weeks ago. How could the tires get low right away if they were supposed to check the pressure after rotating my tires? Thanks again Ferman service department for taking my van in when I wanted and for solving the light issue quickly.
