Brought my 2018 Ram to service on last minute notice for bad battery. No appointment and Jason took care of me. Checked my truck out for engine electronic components and found it was just the battery. Was covered under warranty. I did not purchase my truck here but they have me as a new customer. Very pleased with service experience.

Steve Brawer was a true service professional. Had to sget a windshield replaced for our car we bought the past weekend and he had an amazing car waiting so I could have a loaner (I live over an hour from the dealership) so I didn’t have to waste my day. Absolutely awesome experience at Ferman in Port Richey. We weren’t 100% in the market for a new truck, we went to browse and get pricing. Ken was very knowledgeable and found us a truck we fell in love with. The payments were a bit too high and they really worked hard to get them where we needed them to be.
