I was referred to Jamie Kissinger and he was great to work with. Helpful and friendly and kept me informed through the service. My service was completed in a fairly short amount of time and the issue was resolved to my understanding. I was impressed that Jamie also informed me of how long I have left on my warranty and to come back anytime if I have issues because it seems most don’t particularly enjoy doing warranty work so that stood out to me. Overall experience was satisfactory.
Quick and great service, their computer system was down and was still able to find the parts i needed and get me out in a very reasonable time.
