The dealership has always been very responsive but this last set of problems it cost me almost $1000 in rental fees, although I must say they did help me after that. I’m now sitting in another state with a truck that won’t start which is the very reason it was in the shop numerous times There has to be a way that truck problems can be checked without a computer telling you what to check

We, for the most part, have found the staff at this dealership to be very pleasant, courteous and professional. We don't have any reservations in not taking our vehicles here for service. We have also purchased two vehicles from Ferman CJDR so far and would definitely purchase another one when the time comes. They are also very conveniently located to us.
Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and friendly. The service completed was done professionally and efficiently - my wife and a noticed that the van ran much smoother after the tuneup.
Marriah couldn't have done anything more - she was great. She was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Johnathon was also top notch. Totally a great experience.
