The service department got me in within the timeframe they told me it would take and told me what they were going to do and a price for the diagnostic work only. When they determined I needed a new battery and explained the cost of the battery I appreciated that. And my car was done and it’s been running fine cents.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had! From my first contact online until I was out the door with my Jeep, I was treated fantastically. My sales guy Izzy was the absolute best! What a wide knowledge of Jeeps he has! He answered all my questions and brought up things I didn’t know I needed to know. I would highly recommend the Ferman dealership to anyone looking for a car.
