Initially saw the vehicle online on Autotrader. All negotiations were done over the phone by voice and text starting through a call center with final agreement emailed. Hard to negotiate with Walter. Felt somewhat neglected at times. I was put off for days while he said was “dealing with a customer”. What the heck was I? Also was never clear wether I was communicating with the girl from the call center or Walter as they both showed up under the same phone number.
