Brought my Jeep into them for my check engine light. They were backed up told me it would be a couple days. It turned out they got it in right away and I had it back the next day.

Have started using Ferman for service and they have done a good on so far. Easy to set up the appointment online and work has been on time. Used the shuttle once and waited once. Looked at a new vehicle as well, and the experience was quick and professional, as well as getting a good deal.

Travis was friendly and communicative with me. It was a lot more expensive than I thought it would be but I guess everything is more expensive these days. Overall I’m very satisfied with the quality of work and friendliness of the staff.

Jason got me right in for my appt. Thank U Jason I thought the key was expensive but I know Jason doesn't make the prices so that isn't his fault Jason was very helpful and nice! Give him a raise!

Great crew with exceptional customer service skills! Peter in Sales and Jonathan in finance is a winning combo. They are true professionals! Pete took the time to understand what I was looking for and showed me options to fit my budget. Most important thing he did was respect my time. Jonathan explained the documentation expertly and made sure I got the protection my investment deserves. I could not be happier with the whole experience.
