Lack of communication was one of the biggest problems. I understand how busy the service center is but I did not have my truck for over 10 days. I dropped it off early hoping to get it seen early but knew at least it would be seen on the day of my appointment. Then come to find out it wouldn't even be seen until the next day where the main mechanic was not even there to look at it. Stan Pieri and Todd Ullestad were fair and transparant. Negotiating the vehicle price was professional. Worksheet was presented and i was satisfied with out the door price and the interest rate promised. Finance manager found the rate I wanted. (appreciated that) The proposed payment on the worksheet was ignored by me at this point. I Told everyone that I was not shopping payment! I was shopping OTD Price and interest rate of the loan.
