Tony Lang was great in handling my repair. .. the technician on the other hand broke quite a bit of components... not sure there was a lot of care out into his work

Experience was much more respectful without classic olds school used car salesman tactics or ridiculous dealership markups. There’s a reason Ferman has been in business for so long and it showed in my experience.
