Very good experience. I was able to purchase the car I wanted at the price I was comfortable paying. It was a very friendly and stress free process. Sarah Smith, the sales representative was very helpful, friendly and made the process transparent. I would certainly purchase or lease a car from this dealership again.

I told Sarah she was going to have her work cut out for her when I walked in. She smiled and was up for the challenge. She talked to me about my wants/needs, educated me on things I never thought to ask, let me leave, go elsewhere and look around and patiently waited for me to come back to her. She worked with my credit, not easy, my eclectic tastes, for sure not easy and never stopped smiling. I purchased my vehicle KIA Optima 2007 9/7/2012. Charlie Majeski was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions about buying new or used cars, purchased car insurance etc. Ferman Chevrolet of Tarpon Springs, fair prices on all cars. Great car shopping experienced.

All in all my experience of buying a new car at Ferman with Charlie Majeski as my salesman, was very pleasant. Charlie was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the process of purchasing a new vehicle a joy vs a challenge.

I could not be happier with this dealership. We have been using this dealership since 2007. Steve in the service department is so nice to work with and helpful. When purchasing our next used car Steve recommended us to Sarah in the used car department who was so helpful and honest with us. The reason we choose to purchase the car mainly was based on service as well. We had found other vehicles we liked but we wanted to stick to who we know. I have been dealing with ferman chevy tarpon for almost 2 and a half years.This trip is my second new car.Ryan and Dave were most helpful with helping me pick out a car,that was nice and pracical for my work as a travaling nurse.Which is why I came back.
