I have bought 2 vehicles from Ferman chevy of tarpon springs and have never had a problem with customer service.My last salesman was Luis valentin,he was very up front with what he could do for us and wqas able to get us in the vehicle that we were lookinbg at.

I have always been less than excited to enter a dealership to buy a car. My previous experiences could be compared to a trip to the dentist, you know going in that it is something that needs to be done, but you also know that during the visit you are going to feel some pain and not feel that great afterwards. Luis and Chance made my experience with Ferman very pleasant,From start to finish in the visit was not what I was expecting since I just dropped in to review a used Truck. The service was excellent,or sales rep was very friendly,and knowledgable. He was very helpful and has frequently checked on us to see how we are enjoying our vehicle. I would recommend Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs because they really do treat you like family!

I started seaching for a new car in July explaining I wouldn't be ready to buy till Sept. Sarah was great! I WAS COMPAREING SEVEREAL CHEVY DEALERS CLOSER TO HOME,BUT SHE COULD BEAT THEIR PRICE. In the process my situation changed so I ended up buying 2 used car instead of the new car I intially wanted. Sara positive attitude never changed. I had gone to a few other dealerships to look at cars but walked away because I felt overwhelmed or I wasn't getting treated fairly since I am a woman. When I went to Fermans I worked with Sarah and she showed me a few used cars. She was upfront and never made me feel pressured. She ended up giving me an amazing price on a car that I am in love with also a great trade in value on my old car which I knew was about to kick the bucket. The rest of the staff was very friendly every time I walked by.

Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with. She really worked hard to make us feel comfortable and was willing to break a sweat (literally) to make sure we were completely satisfied with the deal as well as the vehicle. She really went above and beyond for us. We drove across the state (over 4 hours each way) to buy this vehicle. A big part of the decision to make such a long drive was the way Sarah handled the sale over the phone and via email. As exciting as buying a new car is, it's not my favorite experience to have to go through. But, working with Charlie Majeski and the other gentlemen at Ferman Chevy made it not so "painful".
