Excellent Service Billy and Tom are polite and fair. They trouble shoot the issues and do only the work that needs to be completed and do not try to upsell things you do not need. They also provide a curtesy van which is helpful.

Continued awesome service I have been coming here for several years and it is due to consistent good service. It starts at the check in with great service advisors and continues into the shop with excellence. I am advised about potential problems coming up and since my Suburban is an 02, if more than one repair needed, which is most critical (which I appreciate) . awesome customer service! A month after we bought our used Equinox, we took it back to have a leaky tire examined. We would have been happy to just have the tire patched, but Ferman looked it over and determined the only solution was a new tire. While it was there they looked it over and replaced the three year old battery! Can't say enough about this dealership, they're great! Mike and Donna Siebel
