Oil change I went in for a routine oil change & this was the fastest in & out. My two daughters came with me & dreaded we would be there for 5 hours, but Alex had it done within 30 - 40 minutes!!!

Amazing I went into the dealership with my family looking for a car that would work in my price range with my car as a trade in with negative equity . Brett was amazing and came out to me and helped me by walking around a little and then asking me what car i was interested in . We went in and he asked me detailed questions and looked up everything that would fit my want . Great Good place, not typical dealer BS. Jim Allison was good listener and explained the process . Went thru the truck explaining all equipment. Next up will be seeing how the service department is.

Friendly and professional It was worth the drive to have such amazing service. Mark treated at the door and took my wife and I through the whole process. He was very friendly and helpful. His knowledge of Chevy products really help Us to find the right car for us. With the service we received I would recommend anyone looking for a new car to go to Ferman Chevy in Tarpon Springs.
