The drop-off was very easy the interaction with me during the time the car was in service was on par car return and work done were perfect. The only issue I had with the whole experience was the survey I almost didn't do it because I didn't want to have to put in 25 words but it wouldn't let me submit it without 25 words my original review was.. spectacular service in all aspects... but it wouldn't let me put that in. Just a suggestion you make it more reviews if you require less words.

Ferman Chevy of Tarpon Springs is the dealership you want to deal with! We bought our 2016 Tahoe LTZ, there, new. I had all the maintenance, taken care of by Ferman. On 3/25/2021 my wife Susan and I were both, at Ferman getting the 2016 Tahoe serviced. We decided to look at some of the new automobiles, to see what features had changed, in 5 years. I was able to drop the vehicle off after hours during the work week, write up the work needed on a drop box key envelope... very convenient for me. The only thing that would make it even a better experience is adding a car wash! Thanks again... Will definitely return for the next maintenance visit.

No problem found after diagnosis. I submit the problem was there but not detected. I still hear the rubbing sound coming from the rear in the morning when I first start out. The tech said he heard the turbo (which I haven't noticed) but that should be from the front. The rubbing sound does not continue after a few minutes of driving but I still would like to know what causes it. I cannot be detected if I bring the truck in to have it checked. It must be kept overnight to produce the sound. This is what I did last time.

I had an emergency and had to Louisiana and I knew my Wife's van was in need of and oil change. I went there Saturday morning and was told they could take car of my van. Tom and Steve were a great help in getting me back on the road. I won't go anywhere else but there. The Best Dealer in the area

Purchased my first Chevy and to top it off it was my first diesel With that said my purchase went very smoothly and I credit that to Vargas he was the rep I delt with. I did not feel pressured in fact I felt very comfortable dealing with Vargas
