Called Ferman because I was not happy with Dimmit Chevy. I was able to schedule a same day oil change . The care center was polite and efficient in and out.

This is the third vehicle that we are having serviced at this dealership over the last 17 years. The quality of the service has gotten increasingly better. the time estimate on for how long it would take to service the car is very accurate and the service waiting area is somewhat comfortable

I had taken in my wife's car because it was due for it's regular service, oil change and tire rotation. There is only one place I bring all ours car for service, Ferman Chevrolet. They check the car over from front to back and do it right the first. There really is no other place to take a car for professional service but there. Thanks to Tom and Steve and all the techs and parts men that make up such a team.
