I was in the market for a new Colorado and couldn’t seem to find any in stock nor a dealership that would give me a straight answer on when one was coming in. I called Ferman Chevy and got through to Jim. He was genuine and honest with me about if and when I’d be able to get one. Couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Ferman in tarpon springs. I was just happy to get my truck fixed since the Tampa location didn’t have a transmission tech. I will definitely go to that location for future service.

Robert Marchido was very polite to me and my dad and was able to squeeze us in their busy schedule. And the young lady that drives the vehicle to the repair area always greet us with a smile and holds the door open for my dad that walks with a cane.

Thanks Joe lord for making our car buying experience a pleasant one . Your team made us feel comfortable even when our son was acting like a 2 year lol. We just purchased a used Chevy Cruz from another dealer a few months ago and the engine light came - car running sluggish. They were fully booked when we took the car in (no appointment) and couldn’t guarantee they could work on it the same day. Got a call back that afternoon stating they found the issue and fixed it! Needless to say we will be going back to have both our cars serviced there!
