I was pleased from the moment I stepped out of my car. My 94 year older mom was with me, and Joe Lord greeted me and asked if he could push her chair to help. Incredible courtesy, thoughtfulness and kindness. I explained what I was looking for and he listened carefully. Showed me vehicle and explained all parts, features and function.
