I accidently dropped something on my car and put a dent on the top of the fender. I went to Ferman Chevrolet's collision center, and the experience was exceptional. From the time I walked in the door, was set up with a rental of my choice, to the time I drove my repaired vehicle home everyone was courteous, professional and pleasant. First time in my life I have ever hugged a car salesman! We just purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Suburban from Marckell Johnson and it was probably the best business transaction I have ever done. We found the car on their website. I called and asked for a time to see it. When we arrived Marckell had the car all clean and ready. We all hit it off right away and in a few short hours my wife was driving home with her “new” car. All in all a wonderful experience with a real gentleman.
