In my opinion, Dr. Free is a great doctor. He takes time to listen and is very caring. The office is very clean and the rules of social distancing, at a time like this, were followed. I felt very comfortable at the office. The office staff was friendly and professional. Great experience.
Since I have hearing loss, I was very pleased with Dr. Lanson's speaking loudly enough to me. She explained each part of the hearing test clearly at the beginning. She also explained the results clearly at the end.
