Dr. Free took his time to hear our concerns. He was kind, patient, listened and was able to address our issues and concerns in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone having any sort of ENT issue.

She is great. Very personable and easy to understand. She speaks to you like a person and not all in medical terms to show how smart she is. It's very painless to go see her and explain my concerns and she assures me and is honest about my diagnosis
Lindsay has always been very good in each step of determining one's hearing problems and giving clear explanation of "correcting" any. She does not waste her time or mine during visits, yet is friendly and hears & corrects any hearing equipment if necessary while maintaining personal assistance. Have I had any problems with scheduling an appointment with Lindsay? Never. I have recommended her to others who have indicated they needed to have their hearing tested.
This was my first visit and so far it's a pleasant experience ?
Dr. Lanson always greets me with a smile and is very attentive to any issues or questions I might have. I don’t feel rushed at my appoints. She always worked with me on making appointments around my work schedule as well as possible. I would highly recommend Dr. Lanson.
I've seen Dr. Free and his allergist, Rebecca, for several years. I highly recommend them both!
Dr. Free is great. Short waiting time and very thorough.
