TERRIBLE. I have never dealt with such bad customer service. My son had a motorcycle accident in April 2016 and it took almost a year until it was settled. The insurance settled months ago and the hospital bills still aren't paid, and are now in collections. Brian refuses to take or return my calls, so I have no explanation as to why they haven't been paid. What integrity. DO NOT HIRE THESE CLOWNS. Worst decision I ever made. Turned them into BBB.
Dropped my daughters case leaving 2 months 1 week before statute of limitations ended luckily i found REAL LAWYERS in time ... Very bad ethics
