I have had several transactions that required assistance other than tellers. Every time I needed something I received the best customer service from Miguel Ambriz. He is quick to respond, goes above and beyond to get the job done, calls you back right away if he misses your call. I can’t say enough good things about him as a person and his work ethic. Any employer is and would be lucky to have Miguel on their team.

The staff at Oklahoma Central Credit Union are friendly, helpful, and professional, and that they feel welcome every time they visit. I was working with Miguel Ambriz at the Brookside location was extremely helpful during my loan process.
I went to this location with my girls on 5/21/24 at around 2pm, I normally dont go to this location, but it was convenient at the time. My girls had just graduated and I was cashing graduation money checks for them. When we walked in we were THE ONLY customers in the lobby at the time, no line, there was not anyone waiting for personal bankers. Great Customer Service! It was my first time at Oklahoma Central Credit Union. I was looking at opening an account. Julian Fair with the bank and really did a great job helping me out. Julian took his time and explained the different accounts which helped me a lot.
