I went to Moody's today to have a ring cut off my finger. I was helped by Laura and Jared, and they are both fantastic people. Jared was extremely conscientious and patient with me, and he made sure I was okay and as comfortable as possible as he cut my rather thick ring off my sore and swollen finger.
