I arrived early to my appointment, they accommodated me. The customer service was professional and service was great. I sat in the waiting area which hot and cold beverages were available and fresh donuts. It was a clean space with ample seating for clients to wait for their vehicle to be serviced.
Overall decent experience but their price advertising is deceptive. The price in bold print is the price ONLY if you qualify for certain incentives. Transparency and honesty would be advertising the price without incentives, and offer further savings if qualified. Their “dealer fees” are too high at $1200. Guess we’ve all come to expect that from car dealers. Salesman and others were very nice and helpful.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. Josh in sales was excellent, listened to my wants and needs and didn’t waste my time, I was in and out in 1.5 hours, including a test drive. General manager approved a very fair trade in deal and finance was fast and efficient.
Each member of this team is so professional and cooperative. We appreciate their assistance with our purchase. Chris and Tony are wonderful!
Typically when you go to a dealer to get work done, you feel you are going to get ripped off. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and the price was fair. Everyone there was very friendly and made you feel very welcome even if they weren’t dealing with you. Waiting room was very nice. A dealer I would not hesitate to return to.
Everyone was very easy to work with and not very pushy. We felt taken care of.
Customer service is excellent. The lady who sits in the front desk is extremely nice and very knowledgeable.
