I have nothing bad to say about this dealership. The service department met me outside very friendly. My service was completed in good time because I wait. The collision department was red carpet service. They called when the parts were in and scheduled when to come in. I didn’t have a way home after taking the car in. They had one of the employees take me home. My car took one day. They said it was ready to be picked up. Again I had no way to get there. They picked me up and I paid and was on my way . Difficult for me to comment on quality of work. Time will tell. Past service visits have been very satisfactory. Speed of service adversely affected by slow delivery of new tires to Ferman. No wrong-doing at Ferman. Sharon O'Connor is a treasure you should value highly..
