Josh McCain was the salesman who sold us our 2019 Volvo XC90. I can't say enough good things about him. He was polite, courteous, informative, well dressed, clean and knew his product thoroughly. He answered all of our questions. He negotiated in good faith and closed the sale to our satisfaction. He stayed after work to help us transition to our new car even though we traded in an older XC90. He made sure we knew all of the important basic facts about the electronics and features. Worked very well with me on a very expensive repair. Met their commitments at all times. I question if they have sufficient SVC reps. b/c though always friendly and professional it was difficult to get callbacks at times.
