First experience with Ferman Volvo. Mr Kashtan was extremely knowledgeable on Volvos and took the time to explain all features. He let me test drive to my home to ensure the vehicle fit into the garage. The Finance guy (sorry I forgot his name) was also very helpful and friendly.
For nearly 20 years Ferman Volvo has given me and the 4 Volvos I’ve owned outstanding service and customer care!
The only thing I would recommend is that you educate your schedulers on how long the typical every 10k mile service checks will be. It is hard to know if I will be able to wait or not when I have no idea how long it will take. When I schedule the appointments, they never have an answer to how long the service call should be. Otherwise, I am very please with the service. Thank you.

Always happy with their service, disappointed I was unable to utilize a coupon specifically for the work I had done, coupon was received the day after i had the work done. Called to inquire and told there was nothing they could do.

We took our older XC90 in for service, and decided to look at our options for an upgrade. Mike listened to our situation and our specific needs. Mike and the team went the extra mile to find an upgrade for us and worked the trade for a mutually fair final price. Mike explained all the changes between our current and new XC90 features across all trim packages. The experience was overall low pressure, which was certainly better than expected. Will continue to use Ferman Volvo going forward.
