I am so grateful for Jim and the team at Ferman Volvo! I was in a total loss accident the day before the first of two major hurricanes to hit our area, which caused our family to be without a vehicle for 64 days. The stress of dealing with insurance and trying to find a new car at an unexpected time, while so many other people were doing the same due to flooded cars, was not something I was looking forward to.
