"GOOD EXPERIENCE" Great job as always! They understand customer service. Serviced an older model XC 90, bought it used at Ferman and have had 7 years of great service.
"SERVICE" As always, the scheduling was easy to do on-line and reminders were e-mailed closer to the date. The staff at Ferman Volvo are welcoming and helpful. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was pleased to find that my car also had been swept and washed. Nice way to end the visit.
"Volvo 2016 XC60" Professionalism shown throughout. Easy to deal with the people at the dealership; especially outstanding was the sales rep, Steve Hansen. And the amount of time involved in all aspects was most efficient.
