"Great Volvo Dealership" I was just “looking” but I found the perfect car.u Steve Hanson let me test drive the 2 models that I liked and I ended up buying the perfect one! There was no hard sell, no pressure either. He simply explained what options the car had and why it made it a great car.
"Great Service" The check in is quick and easy and the service is done right and on time as promised. They take good care of your vehicle.
"Superior service department" I am never disappointed with Ferman Volvo service. Matt and Sharon are always helpful, friendly and most importantly "get the job done." Not only do I go there for the automobile service but frankly it is the only reason I purchase cars at this dealership.

I know I could probably pay less else where to service my car, but why would I? Most of your staff have been there a long time and that speaks for itself. Everything I need to know about my repairs are disclosed up front and it's ready when I'm told it would be. My Volvo is clean and shiny which is a great feeling when I pick it up and I intend to buy my next Volvo here making it number 3.

"Great Experience" I like the place very much since the sales persons are very helpful and patient. The neogiation process is really easy and clean. I really hate to replace the car since it will take us hours and hours on neogiation; but in Ferman it is not so hard. It only took around 3 hours to finish all, including the test drive and paperwork. Thanks for all.
